Logging in for the first time?

Office based colleagues

Please use the SSO option and choose either 888 or William Hill at the following screen, depending on your email address.

Retail LBO based colleagues

Your username is your employee number (i.e. 9000000) and your password will be your surname name with a capital letter at the start, followed by your employee number. For example Jones9000000

You will then be prompted to change your password on first log in.

Forgot your password?

If you have forgot your password, select ‘Forgotten login details’

You should be able to reset your password by following the instructions, but you can also contact Learning Pool support at support@learningpool.com or 0345 0744 114 who can reset your password for you.
